Is the place safe? Yes. The Lancaster Suites is a Class A Hotel building. Its very secured.
Is the electricity and water inclusive? For the daily and weekly package, yes, it is inclusive.
Do you have a steady water supply? Yes. Water is available 24/7. Hot and Cold.
How far is the building from the main road? The building is along Shaw Boulevard. This makes the place very convenient for commuters. Public transportation is available 24/7. MRT Station is walking distance.
Is the unit fully furnished? Yes.

Do you have parking?
Yes, the building has a basement parking. You may choose to pay the daily rate if you are just staying for a few days. For monthly rentals, you may rent directly from the admin office of Lancaster Hotel. This will cost you more or less P2,500 to P3,500 for the whole month.
What are the terms?
- To reserve, we require only 20% of your total bill in which will also serve as the deposit
- Full payment upon move-in
- Deposit to be returned upon check-out
Do you accept credit cards? Yes, via Paypal. Give us your email add, then wait for an email or billing from Paypal. Enter your information. Its that simple.
I am out of the country. How can I make a reservation? We recommend that you send someone to visit and check the place and to make the reservations. However, if this will be difficult for you, we are also able to accommodate credit card payments via Paypal.
